Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile games and services provided by Fawns Leap Collective LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

License Grant

In-Game Purchases

Our games may offer in-game purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money or other items of value outside of our games.

Intellectual Property

All content in our games, including but not limited to graphics, text, software, music, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Fawns Leap Collective LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our games immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use our games will immediately cease.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability
